  I know everybody hates YAOption, but one of the arguments for it would be:
if sysadmin uses extended include syntax (that allows to limit options set by
user), then it will be more likely that he will block redefining KEYMAP rather
than redefining the value of that YAOption.
  But I don't care about how exactly configurbility will be implemented - as
KEYMAP or as lynx.cfg setting.
