Well, here's some more data points. I've not been maintaining that tar
file, so Tom must have done so. What is in there are po files that he
checked in several months ago. As translations appear based on the 2.8.3
release, I have been adding them to the po directories for the http and
ftp sides of the lynx.isc.org site (when I have had time). What follows
is a recap of those files, the tar file, and the translation project
site.

For those still listening, there is now a Swedish file (uploaded
yesterday).  I downloaded it from the TP site, stuck it in place
of the stub file, and it just works:

I'll upload the SV file when I have some more time (back to work).

The reason that there are "2.8.3" files and "2.8.3rel1" is related to
how Lynx numbers versions, and how the TP thinks versions should be
numbered.  I'm probably too dense to explain that problem again.
