i sent a message to the list earlier which failed to arrive:
Mutt now includes SSL support without condition,
so isn't it time to do the same for Lynx?
at least, the precise Mutt situation sb checked before 2-8-4 comes out.
there's also the small cookie bug/feature,
asking if you want to accept an invalid cookie
even after you've told it you `neVer' want to accept cookies:
it must be a very simple amendment to the source code.
