Didn't really intend to start a war, but I hope you realize that is
30 *additional* minutes of download time. The stub file method had
been working; why it had to come to an end is beyond comprehension
(for _development_ code). What is done with release packages is of
little concern to me, but it is a shame that development code is put
more and more out of the reach of people at the end of a slow line.
