I do not know what you mean there.  There may be no line separating
<TITLE> and <BODY>, since they are in different "frames": the first
one in the "Lynx feedback" frame (top and bottom lines), the second
one in the document frame.

I mean the bogus empty line *before* <BODY>.  If you are at the start
of the document, it shows below <TITLE> indeed.

BTW, I realized that I do not know how it looks without styles
enabled.  Will the "Lynx feedback" header "run into" the text without
styles?  Maybe it makes sense indeed to disable this patch without
styles present?

P.S.  Can't connect to http://lynx.isc.org/current/ for the last two
      days.  Tomorrow is the last day I may test my patches with dev.19.
      Can somebody direct me to a dev.19 patch at other places?
