lynx-dev format for post_data option??

I am having trouble finding documentation on how to format the input for
this option.
I would like to use the option to send information to a cgi form.

To be more specific the cgi form is simply a form of two fields:
one is plain text such as 'name'.
the other is a file upload field.

How do I do this with lynx?
