enter  \  to view the source, then  p  to call up the Print Screen,
then follow the first link, ie `Save to a local file'.
if you have links numbered, you can suppress numbers in the source
by changing the relevant entry in  lynx.cfg 
(maybe that's necessary only if you're using `prettysource').
