oh.  There was some discussion earlier this year about moving the archive
to savannah.gnu.org (but I visited flora about a week ago and it seemed
to be updated recently, and just now, visiting savannah, I don't see any
sign of a mailing list archive).

probably a bug (I don't recall if it was that way in the code that I
reorganized to make LYgetEnum(), or if I did it that way myself).
