I don't think so - looking around, I don't see any indication that this
is anything except a typo (no existing history of <image> used anywhere).
But the jpeg file is rendered - so Opera is doing _something_ with the
<image>.  Lacking any pedigree on this, I'd have to assume it is a bug.
