Search lynx.cfg for SOURCE_CACHE symbol, it is defaulted to NONE.
set it to FILE or MEMORY and you get it.

This is just the 'O'ptions Menu output, have nothing with TEXTAREA.

Try ^E^E to spawn the editor within TEXTAREA.
