when a domain's cookies are rejected by the user using the neVer key, it
does not seem possible to get lynx to again accept cookies from that domain
using the options menu (as in 'accept all cookies' option).
this is necessary when one needs to begin accepting cookies for a shopping
cart, for example, after trying to avoid tracking by the website of
browsing.
a keypress or domain list selector to allow accepting cookies again would be
highly useful.
