I'm inclined to say you are right.  Currently you cannot view pages
with poems like this (page down one or two screens):

Or check the one at the end of this page.  (The &nbsp; entities are a
little bit dubious, though.)

Will you please list the browsers you are talking about?  w3m, mozilla
(and galeon) and konqueror do handle the named page correctly ;)
