that looks ok. I'm using it in one place on Windows (the version built
with PDCurses), to make a short lynx.cfg that includes the system one.
But I'm not using ENABLE_LYNXRC in that configuration (I'm using that
feature in my Linux configuration).
Perhaps I'm overlooking something (can add this to my to-do list).
