The largest online library of EBooks (lib.ru) has its books formatted
like this (http://lib.ru/LITRA/ERSHOW/konek.txt, translated/transliterated):

Currently, due to <ul> interrupting <pre>, without -tagsoup one gets a
mess. Should it be so by default?
