[Lynx-dev] Getting rid of cookie jars

This is a second attempt to point out that lynx really needs persistent
cookies stored in a cookie file, and that it makes no sense to have lynx
implement a grand plan for a cookie jar, when you can just store the
internal representation of session cookies in ~/cookie.txt and either
edit this cookie.txt file or inspect it as a local file using lynx.
