At least for a lynx.exe compile, native mode, a crtdll.dll lynx.exe is more
reliable and freezes less than the same msvcrt.dll library. If Microshaft
is giving its latest version C/C++ compiler away free as a command-line
utility, you have to know they don't think highly of their own software.
(In fact, they have a "dialing rules" script arrangement for accessing an
internet provider via dialup long distance credit card, and the dialer times
out and says it has a busy signal instead of connecting. Their most current
Windows software is riddled with bugs.)
