[Lynx-dev] Install lynx with nls

Hello

My system: FreeBSD 4.9

I can't install lynx 2-8-5. Allways the followiing error occurs (see at the 
bottom). I installed by ports and manualy from the ftp site. In both cases the 
same problems. What is going wrong?
