You've been served the mobile phone version.

I'd guess this is a broken server; generally servers should only 
serve WAP to browsers that explicitly list it in their Accept headers
(mobile phones are generally much more compliant in their request
headers than desktop browsers).

I suspect this server is assuming anything except NS or IE is 
a mobile phone.  If so the proper fix is in the server, and the
workaround is to lie to the server that you are IE.  I've not
tried this for you.
