Lynx 2.8.6dev.11: I don't think this is right:
Go to, e.g.:
http://mareichelt.de/pub/notmine/livegate.netwipe.html
Follow a link, such as:
Linkname: 2. Encrypting Hard Disks
URL: http://mareichelt.de/pub/notmine/livegate.netwipe.html#2
(Note that this is an internal link). Space down a few screens with the
space bar. Note the appearance of the screen. Enter the Info Page with "=".
Exit the Info Page with "<--". Note that you are no longer at the screen
from which you entered the Info Page, but back at "#2".
Is this yet more fallout from Debian #171312?
