I'm not sure - it's visible in 2.8.6dev.11, and 2.8.5rel.1
(2.8.5dev.16 is before 2.8.5rel.1 of course).
The same problem occurs in a locally-saved copy of the page.
(If there's enough interest, I can determine which version fixed
the problem - that would take an hour or so though).
