[Lynx-dev] Lynx on 10x8-Terminal - Disable non-content lines?

Hi,

is it possible to disable displaying non-content on screen?

E.g.:
- title line
- 3 bottom lines and
- empty left and right border

I want to use lynx on a terminal with 10 lines and 8 columns.
