There's cygwin - lynx built in that environment uses (serial) ncurses.
I suppose it depends on what problem you're trying to solve. If you
have control of the machine, then 2-3 Mb to have the dll's and lynx
wouldn't be that hard (cygwin's dll, ncurses dll and lynx.exe).
