default "i" key map from userdefs.h goes to 404 these days...

might want to send it to "http://lynx.isc.org/"; (or something innocuous) as it 
can be a fairly commercialized/contentious category. Don't know that "show an 
index of documents" can fairly describe anything noncommercial: "show an index 
of lynx documents" might work...
