[Lynx-dev] Lynx reads .mailcap and .mime.types from its CWD

Hi!

Piotr Engelking discovered a minor flaw in the current version of Lynx
browser. See entries in Red Hat and Debian BTS for the description of
the problem. The Debian entry does have a patch attached, but I think it
does not solve the problem correctly.
