probably - that was updated in
2003-04-27 (2.8.5dev.15)
* update Subir Grewal's Lynx links URL to the newest location
http://www.subir.com/lynx.html -TD
but that URL is going away (may be gone).
The current default lynx.cfg points the help at the release's copy of the
help-page:
HELPFILE:http://lynx.isc.org/release/lynx2-8-6/lynx_help/lynx_help_main.html
