[Lynx-dev] patch: exp popstatus feature

When lynx already have nice features like:
  -notitle,
  -nostatus,
  -nopause,
  -nomargins.

here in attachment is small patch.

now with:

lynx -popstatus

statusline will show up only interesting message, and by default will
show rendered text in last line.
NOTE: this patch also contains update of patch for notitle bug.
