It's not implemented (that is, ensuring that 32-bit unsigned long sizes
are reported as such).  lynx isn't using long-long anywhere, so 4Gb would
be the highest value that it can report.

The 'Read' number maxed out as 2097151 as well. Does long default to signed?

0x7fffffff: 2147483647

I suppose the KiB display number will be ok with signed long sizes ;)
