configuring lynx in following way:
./configure --with-libiconv-prefix=/usr/local/
otherwise it cannot detect where is libiconv installed which is also bug.
lynx build and install fine but after startup none of keys works, only
C-c & C-\.
I tested 2.8.6rel.5 and 2.8.7dev.5
