This time he supplied a note.  The previous patches gave few hints.

He does admit not to be a native speaker of English,

He's sent several postings to this mailing list, which indicate
that he's able to compose text...

which is why he hasn't written documentation for it.
At least, it's a lot more than a to-do list (smile).
