This LynxBooster script was written when the Lynx build
I had was capable of 1 external for each URL schema and
I was unaware of any external menuing capability.
It was written in response to some
out of date information in Kermit documentation that
Lynx had to be rebuilt from source to change the default
Telnet client to Kermit.
It is however, an example of how the external capability
can be used to expand the capabilities of Lynx,
even overriding the default external menu style.
It's documented at:

http://www.columbia.edu/kermit/case20.html
