XSLT is not part of HTML. Lynx displays HTML (and Gopher, FTP,
Usenet and some other obscure things).

XHTML is the XML rendition of HTML. If the server emits XHTML
as XML, Lynx will display it fine.

This “bug”report is about as useful as complaining to someone
delivering meals that you got the frozen meal (for self-cooking)
instead of the prepared one but don’t have a stove at home (XSLT
application), only dishes and cutlery ((X)HTML application).
