[Lynx-dev] Translations

Hi all!

I noticed that Lynx does not have a Norwegian translation. If anybody
wants one, I would be happy to give it a shot, but I thought I should
ask here first if anyone else is working on one.

Also, what .pot file should I use? Should I use the latest development
version, or the last stable version?

I hope this isn't the wrong place to ask, as I was unable to find much
information for translators.
