Hello!

I wanted to be able to type various Indian languages in iso-15919 (which is similar but not identical to IAST), using the popular OPTITRANS/ ITRANS/ HK mappings. Hence, after many typing trial rounds, I created:
sa-iso-15919-itrans.mim
dra-iso-15919-itrans.mim
sa-iso-15919-itrans.png
dra-iso-15919-itrans.png
and altered the metadata of sa-iast.mim.

The metadata of the newly added files should amply describe major features of the map with examples.

Questions:

- The main difference between the sa and dra forms is the preferred output for e, E, ee, o, O, oo. Is there a way I can avoid the wasteful duplication of mapping code between the two files? That would be easier to maintain in the future.

- @handa-san - can you please merge these changes into your repository? (Also await response on other such threads.)
