hi Paul,
That tarball is exactly Debian GNU M4 1.4. I think we should push for
a GNU M4 1.5 or 1.4.1, this is badly needed. Gary, would you pick up
the ball? There is not much to do: take Debian GNU M4 and publish
it. Do not even think about changing configure.in and so on.
