[GMG-Devel] redmine to trac migration -- scheduled tonight!

We have no outstanding issues with the migration plan or the test Trac
instance. Given that, I'm planning to do the migration tonight (Monday,
January 30th).

Details:

1. Planning to do it at 9:00pm ET tonight unless something comes up
which derails the plan.

2. At 9:00pm ET, I'll announce the migration, revoke everyone's
permissions to Redmine, and then do a fresh migration of all the data.
Should take like 15-30 minutes.

3. Assuming all that goes well, I'll send an email to this list and tell
people on IRC.

4. I'll go through and update documentation in the wiki, on the website,
and in the docs/.


After that, I'll plan to spend a bit of time each day to fix issues with
our Trac instance and help tailor it closer to our workflow and needs as
those issues pop up. Clearly this will be ongoing work. I'll track it in
Trac, too.
