Agrrr... I get really p*ssed on this GNU cr*p! With Solaris I get +0200
(as supposed!) with dietlibc I get +0000. Maybe the error is more below!
But at least %z is gone and we have +0200.... keep your fingers crossed!
I did compile+run test on Linux (GNU/diet) + Solaris 7...
