This is just a mini-release to iron out some minor stuff:

 * Hosts listed in the status page are sorted on name
 * The status page for each host, now group services on type

I have also created a page with a few screenshoots which can be viewed
here: http://www.tildeslash.com/monit/mmonit/

NOTICE that the previous m/monit release was removed from the monit
beta directory to avoid mixing m/monit and monit up and because
m/monit _is_ a release and not a beta.

There will be no new (feature) releases of m/monit until monit is
changed to post historical data to m/monit, which can take some
time. At the moment m/monit does all the things it was designed to do
and it does it well.
