define "doesn't work" I supsect is is working and running, but you can't hit the
web interface

If it's
SSL wouldn't you need to hit it via: https://10.0.1.103:2812 ? Otherwise take out the SSL ENABLE and
PEMFILE lines, restart and try to access with your original URL. If that
works, then try to get SSL working.
