Monit will be put on Github shortly under https://github.com/tildeslash and you 
can follow the work then. We'll need a week or two before it's out. The basic 
arch design of the new real-time scheduler system is in place, but the 
implementation remains. Once M/Monit 3.1 is out which also will happen shortly 
it is full focus on Monit.
