M/Monit Alert after N-th failed restart action

Hello,

I have question about M/Monit Alerts feature.

Is there posibility to create rule that send alert after N-th failure of 
restart/alert  action on particular service?
We want to send email to pager in the case when certain action failing 
repeatedly.

Is this duable in M/Monit via script function or we need to instal Pushover or 
some other extension?
