Hello list

I got this bug when I tried to run monotone (0.16 from NetBSD's
pkgsrc). I was in NFS mounted directory and typed "monotone".

$ pwd
/u1

$ mount|grep u1
zinnia:/u1 on /u1 type nfs

$ monotone
monotone: fatal: std::exception: boost::filesystem::current_path: _PC_PATH_MAX
< 1
monotone: this is almost certainly a bug in monotone.
monotone: please send this error message, the output of 'monotone
--full-version',
monotone: and a description of what you were doing to address@hidden
monotone: discarding debug log

$ monotone --full-version
monotone 0.16 (base revision: ce860bae312c4bb8483d5b3b2a8cd3bebe2323d5)
Changes since base revision:

new_manifest [da39a3ee5e6b4b0d3255bfef95601890afd80709]

My workstation (where I ran monotone) is running NetBSD 2.99.11 and NFS
server is using NetBSD 1.6.2.

The same bug seems to appear with two more filesystems on NetBSD with
identical error message:

kernfs on /kern type kernfs (read-only, local)
procfs on /proc type procfs (local)

/u1, /kern and /proc are all read-only for me, but e.g. /u1/home/oherrala
is read-write and monotone does the same error in there also.

I can provide more specific information, please feel free to inquire.
And please, Cc any replies to me. I'm not member of the list.

Thanks!
