The packages on the website are the ones that random people (e.g., me)
built; they get rebuilt by the official deb maintainer when they get
uploaded into debian proper.  So they're not necessarily the same.

We do still depend on libboost-filesystem, it's just much less central
(we don't use it on common code-paths, and the places we do use it
have been mostly factored out into a few parts, instead of being
tangled through the code).

Yes, though you'll need to grab the sample proxy code from someplace
