[Monotone-devel] Workspace specific lua hooks for checkout

Is there any way to specify a monotonerc during checkout other than the
one in the user's home directory?  I ask because it would be useful to
have unix filesystem attribute lua hooks only acted on for specific
workspaces, as for most projects the permissions, user, and group are
not important.
