I guess you'd commit the reformatted revision as a child of the
original, so it wouldn't create an extra head (often, anyway).
disapproving seems a bit evil. Maybe just have people only trust
branch certs issued by the reformatter (or from themselves)---then the
original would just not be visible, most of the time?
