Problem with this is that changeset/"cset" is already a term of art in
monotone, referring specifically to one of these things like:

add_dir "asdf"

add_file "asdf/blah"
 content [cadd3d7f79c9f2548df2043d0207396ce9e16aa8]

patch "hjkl"
 from [e754de0ba3e9384580d22a6129b6623ece475247]
   to [793fb4d748fb78cfae30f33de12b5b6b20cef964]

It would probably be better to keep that term unambiguous.
