According to bahn.de, traveling from "Flughafen Niederrhein Tor 1, Weeze" 
(NRN) to "Wuppertal Hbf" (main train station) takes approximitly 2h monday to 
friday and 2h30 on weekend days, and will cost 18.10 EUR (using a ticket in 
the so-called "NRW-Tarif", which allows you to use a bus or tram to resp. 
from the first/last train station (door-to-door)).
