Yeah, I know of the 2007 wiki page, what I was asking for in particular 
were possible answers for questions in the "about the program" section 
[0], like "what is your plan for dealing with disappearing students / 
mentors?" because I don't really know what I should write there. I mean, 
more than "keeping in contacting with them, querying what's wrong, 
polling information regularily, etc.".
Those who apply (on either side) should come in with at least a bit of 
commitment, i.e. ability to communicate and fun on the subject.
