Steps to reproduce:

$ mtn mkdir foo
$ mtn ci -m test
$ mtn mv foo foo
mtn: skipping foo, already accounted for in workspace
mtn: fatal: error: roster.cc:723: I(child != nd->children.end())
mtn: this is almost certainly a bug in monotone. [...]

The same invariant is hit when a parent directory is tried to be moved in a
child directory.
