I've completed the idf implementation tonight, so the process of setting
up, changing and deleting idf projects with mtn support (needs current
0.99 server and at least 0.48 client) should be near-to flawless.

If you want to try it out yourself, hop over to

        http://code.mtnserv.thomaskeller.biz

- the new idf setup for monotone and its related projects - and register
an account. Then add your public key(s) to the IDF account and drop me a
note so that I can add your account to the monotone project. You will
automatically gain write access to the server and each time you add /
remove a key the auth restrictions are updated accordingly as well.
Syncing from this instance is then as easy as triggering

        mtn sync mtn://code.mtnserv.thomaskeller.biz/<projectname>

If you want a separate idf project for a specific monotone-related
project, drop me a note and I add it. Please also try to smoke-test the
implementation a bit and report problems either directly to me or by
adding new issues to indefero's own tracker:

        http://projects.ceondo.com/p/indefero/issues/

The code base I'm using and committing to is by the way the "develop"
branch, so if you want to play with a separate setup, clone this branch.
We (ie. the idf developers) are planning to release mtn support in the
upcoming 1.1 release.

@Richard, Lapo: I've marked both of your accounts as "staff", so you
should be able to create new projects and control usher. Please tell me
your findings and issues in this area.

Thanks for reading,
Thomas.
