Unfortunately the wiki setup is not yet auto-updated from check-ins.
I'll setup a cron job that manually calls build.sh in the meantime until
Richard can work on this.

Sorry for the inconvenience, the contents should now be in-sync.

PS: Out of interest - why was SelfHostingInfo removed? There is still a
link to it from monotone's website...
